Truffle Pig

Had lunch today and the service, food and alfresco view is beautiful. Great music playing. Just a great friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend this awesome restaurant.

Best atmosphere, food and service hands down... Can even hear the surf from nearby Tannum beach

Stopped at Tannum Sands on a whim. Beautiful place! Had lunch at the Truffle Pig with my two big dogs. They were treated like royalty. The service was lovely, the food was the freshest cheese burger I’ve ever had with homemade Aioli, I never wanted it to end. Pet friendly, great food and so welcoming, what more could you want. Thank you for a beautiful lunch and spoiling my big Rotties

Came for breakfast with the hubby, I had the smashed avo and he had the breakfast croissant . Both so good and delicious we walked out very happy. Iced mocha and chai were also very delicious. Service was very quick and staff were very happy and given grate service. Would recommend and happily come back for another meal.

Our experience was 10/10. The service from the second we walked in was second to none. The food was perfection. A sneaky lunch cocktail went down a treat. The location, with a view of the water with an ocean breeze is amazing. I can’t wait to visit again.

Went for anniversary dinner. Meals were superb, flavourful and hot. Staff were efficient. Was not noisy and background music was at a good level. Only thing I didn’t really like is that you cannot order drinks or meals from the bar/counter, you have to do it from an app. This means you can’t adjust the menu at all. And if they are busy, you have to wait for drinks. Husband ordered a steak, but could only order either medium/well or well done, he usually has medium rare. But this is the only drawback to an otherwise lovely evening.

I had high expectation on truffle pig as so many people said it was amazing. The food is nice, Entree we shared bao buns. The pork was perfection the buns where super Soft the sauce on the side made it devine. For a main i had the grilled barramundi, it was crispy skin so it must of Been shallowed fried. She skin was quiet salty however the fish i could not fault it. The geen beans where crunchy, the broccolini was crunchy. The potatos was smashed with some mayonnaise sauce. My partner had the pork ribs the bone just came off the meat, He enjoyed it quiet a hit For a drink i had a mojito it was quiet sweet. We booked a table and the table the put aside was directly in the middle and there was quiet a cold breeze coming through the door. Once we asked the waiter to close the door was much better.

We had breakfast here and it was plentiful. Eggs Benny and their big breakfast. Good coffee and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
